Esthetics by Nancy

Following her experience of a 5-year apprenticeship under a top esthetician in Toronto, Nancy Hensman decided to open her own esthetics salon and did so successfully under the business name ‘Esthetics by Nancy’. In 2003, Nancy relocated to Prince Edward Island to operate her business here. As she made the transition, Nancy learned quickly there was work to do in terms of educating potential clients since there appeared to be a lack of knowledge regarding esthetic services on PEI. She took on this challenge happily and hasn’t looked back. CBDC Central PEI was able to help Nancy get the ball rolling for her business in PEI, as well as assisted with funding for counselling via the Consultant Advisory Program Services that we offer.

Nancy’s favorite part of owning Esthetics by Nancy is being able to interact with her clientele, who she regards as family. She loves seeing the satisfaction and happiness on their faces once she finishes her services with them. Her most popular offerings are pedicures and facials and other Medispa treatments.
