Jolly Roger’s Bar and Grill

Named after her father’s business, Jolly Roger’s has become one of Summerside’s must-visit dining spots. Andrea’s restaurant is celebrated for its fresh, high-quality seafood, but she has since expanded with a second location, Jolly Roger’s Bar and Grill, which offers a broader menu beyond seafood specialties.

Andrea originally opened Jolly Roger’s Seafood as a way to stay busy in retirement. However, as the business flourished, she took a bold step to open Jolly Roger’s Bar and Grill. The journey wasn’t without challenges. Opening her business just before COVID brought unexpected obstacles, and launching the Bar and Grill came with additional costs, particularly for renovations as the newly purchased location wasn’t properly zoned for a restaurant. Fortunately, CBDC Central PEI provided a General Business Loan, allowing Andrea to complete her vision for the new restaurant despite these unexpected renovation costs.

Since its launch in 2023, Jolly Roger’s Bar and Grill has joined the seafood restaurant in thriving, and Andrea’s team remains committed to delivering a quality culinary experience every day at both locations.
